Uhh Imran id really rethink that cause if you knew anything about my view of politics youd know that i can answer that honestly by saying no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can say that cause at the grand old age of 37 i dont vote at all..... Nor have i ever. Nor do i ever plan on it. I was just courious how this queen of mean was supposed to act as an upcoming presidential canidate. She will be crictized for being a soft woman and as i see it now, for being an ice queen. no winning for this person here.

Oh, so the only reason you support Hillary is because you are voting for her personality?

There are plenty of reasons why folks don't like her very much most of them have to do with her policies.

Nope, not until folks get over this novelty of having a woman run. If she's just like the men she's an ice queen. If she acts more like herself, she's soft and unable to handle the job.

It would be great if she could just be herself and show us who she really is without everyone harping on her, but I doubt we will see that.

              She is an ice queen.

One spring Wednesday, a few months into the term, Senator Sam Brownback’s turn came to lead the group, and he rose intending to talk about a recent cancer scare. But as he stood before his colleagues Brownback spotted Clinton, and was overcome with the impulse to change the subject of his testimony. “I came here today prepared to share about this experience in my life that has caused great suffering, the result of which has deepened my faith,” Brownback said, according to someone who watched the scene unfold. “But I’m overcome now with only one thought.” He confessed to having hated Clinton and having said derogatory things about her. Through God, he now recognized his sin. Then he turned to her and asked, “Mrs. Clinton, will you forgive me?” Clinton replied that she would, and that she appreciated the apology.

                Wow, that's a great story .

[q=Mrs. Tuberski]I can say that cause at the grand old age of 37 i dont vote at all..... Nor have i ever. Nor do i ever plan on it. [/q]

'Cause that's supposed to make me think better of you. You don't vote when you have the opportunity? Fine, I don't recognize your right to complain then .

And has anyone ever catagorized Hillary Clinton has a "soft woman"?

It's no different than folks who couldn't get over Al Gore's lack of personality and woodenness. Playing the gender card doesn't help the argument.

[q=Ben Kenobi]There are plenty of reasons why folks don't like her very much most of them have to do with her policies.[/q]

Bull****. The "policies" she is criticized for are strawmen assigned to her. The same folks that try to blast Hillary on the issues seem to like Joe Lieberman as far as Dems go, but for some reason don't realize that Hillary is VERY much like Liberman on the issues aside from Iraq, where she is a moderate voice, not some radical.

Perhaps those folks are trying to rationalize for not liking her personality, but I'm not beating around the bush (no pun intended). I don't like her personality, as much as I don't like the stern male politicians you see.

Ok, now ask yourself. Am I likely to be one of those who would support someone like Lieberman? I can't think of an issue to which we agree upon.

Zell Miller? Now that's a democrat!

I think you need to realise that there are some folks who do not like her policies.

                    Somehow I doubt that.

Look at her unfavorability ratings. I highly, HIGHLY doubt that most of those ~40% are so extreme that they don't like Lieberman, who has been held up by countless Republican pundits and talking heads as a Democrat who knows what is going on.

I'm not talking about the wacky far right who'd never vote for anyone with a 'D' next to their name. I'm talking about the moderate right, who wouldn't vote for Hillary, but may for another moderate Dem.

The ONLY reason her negatives are so high is because of her personality and I think hardly anyone disputes that (especially when you couple that with the fact her husband's popularity is through the roof).

Would anyone vote for her if she shed that ice queen image?

I don't see why not. She's been working hard to try to shed it since she got elected Senator. I think she believes that she can shed that image better than Al Gore could shed that wooden image (which he STILL hasn't).

The key is actually sheding said image. If so, she comes across as a Lieberman type who Dems actually like.

No, there's nothing white America likes more than a white blackman. Black America, OTOH, doesn't seem to think too much of Obama...

Obama announced the formation of his exploratory panel Tuesday but didn't get a boost in the polls. Clinton now holds a commanding 41-17 percent lead over the Illinois senator among Democrats and Democrat-leaning Independents, according to an ABC News/Washington Post poll taken before her announcement, and after Obama's Jan. 16 campaign kickoff.

Strikingly, Clinton did even better among black Democratic voters, amassing a 26-point lead over Obama. "Hillary's Democratic primary support is climbing, while others are stalled or falling," crowed Penn.

Who is complaining imran? No where have you seen me complain, I simply asked what you wanted this ice queen to do for ya! She acts like a B@tch she is an ice queen she bakes you a cake she is soft. Its nothing more or less then that. Regardless if i have the opportunity to vote is not the point because even if i did it dont make a flip to begin with. What ever is gonna be done is gonna be done. I find it funny that all that do vote seem to think that their opinion matters becasue in the end its all gonna end the same, Failed promises and gee i dunno **** that dont matter put into effect.

Can we say strawman... I'm sure you can.

Besides, Hillary has never baked me a cake anyway.

                            Self fulfilling prophecies .

Best get rid of this democratic elections thing while we are at it, I gather. It's all "gonna end the same" after all.

(CNN) -- Sen. Hillary Clinton jumped into the fray as a 2008 presidential candidate with the words "I'm in" posted on her Web site.

"And I'm in to win," she added in a statement, announcing she has set up an exploratory committee that can gauge opinions and raise money for a presidential campaign.
