I've got a hospital, my family doc's office, another medical centre, an assisted care living space for old folks and about 10 houses all within a 2 minute walking distance from me.

Within 2 minutes walk there's a small market (but you shouldn't buy anything there that needs to be stored below room temperature). They also sell crappy pizzas...
If we double the walking distance, then we get to another crappy pizza place and some beaches
