Thereby solving both problems at once--no more unjustified allegations, no more virginity. Good call, sir!

Pretty useless actually. provost could proclaim his innocence in 10 foot high letters written in fire and its still irrelevant.

Its like the guy accused of murder. It doesn't matter how many people he tells he didn't do it

PH, your best way to boost confidence with women is to lose a few pounds. You'll be healthier and feel better about yourself off the bat, and that confidence will come to the fore in addition to making you more attractive than you already are.

I know you didn't ask this to become this kind of thread, but I'm saying it here as it's a good a time as any to say it.

In fact, now that you have regular shift patterns, join a decent gym and get the workout into a regular routine. Get people to sponsor you. I'd put a fiver up for every pound you lose between weigh in and next Easter.

Eh, I've been going to a gym for a month. I used to weight 111 kilos. After 17 visits to the gym, I weight 111 kilos.

And I actually do stuff there, to point of wheezing and near loss of consciousness...

Difference between losing weight and losing flab.

If the flab is replaced by increase muscle then you won't lose weight - and paradoxically, you'd probably lose weight by not going to the gym at this point.

Carry it on in the gym for a few months and the weight drops off as well.

I'm stocky enough, I am not really looking to increase my muscle, just lose weight...

Also, diet is important. Eat lots of veggies and fruits. Cut down on high calorie, low nutrient things like white flour, sugars, and fats..

I wasn't losing anything for the month I was just exercising.. when I added diet I started losing weight. I lost 20 lbs pretty fast, then it slowed to a crawl when I started eating sweats again.
