i wonder how many criminals can one mention that the us didnt hand over to the country that demanded his return? If any one says saddam that is insane he is being held on complete different charges. War crimes against this country, tho that may be an excuse I think it is a dam good one

Nor under Canadian law, I might add.

Bail bondsmen are more than welcome to try to enter our country to try to exercise their powers outside their jurisdiction. I always get a kick out of watching idiots getting tossed in jail for kidnapping.

Dog's a ****ing idiot. The issue of bail bondsmen outside US territory was settled decades ago. They have no right to attempt to exert their authority outside the US. If they try, then they will be treated no differently than anybody else who grabs somebody off the street and stuffs them in the back of the car.

Have fun in Mexican jail, moron

Let me understand. Mexico wants a moratorium on existing illegals aliens, and to loosen the immigration laws; but they harbor a convicted U.S. felon? Is this essentially their case?
Not only that, they file charges, that Hawaii honored, against the people that cught him...ahead of the "desired" officers? I must misunderstand. I read that and it just doesn't make sense. I guess Texans really are sloww.

What the **** are you on about? Saddam is in Iraq right now, you loon. And he's not being held on charges of crimes against the US.

                As for your other "point":

Oh, and I'd like to note that the US-Canada extradition treaty allows us to refuse extradition unless DP is taken off the table. The only right to extradite suspects from Canada the US has is granted by that treaty. Coming in to our country and kidnapping people is an act of war if carried out with the complicity of US authorities.

Mexico does not recognise the terms of that contract, you loon. Foreign countries are under no obligation to recognise the terms of contracts entered into under US law.

Bail bonds contracts are invalid outside the US.

What don't you understand about this?

What about NAFTA? I claim that for this case.

I don't particularly care. You seem unable to follow a simple string of logic. "Loon" is the most polite thing I can call you.

I certainly appear to know a hell of a lot more than you. AFAIK, Saddam has not exited Iraq since his capture.
