Thanks Albert. I will check those sites out.

You know, I always spoke up when other people said poly was lame but now I'm really seeing exactly what they were talking about.

        Oerdin:

        compare Armani $98

admit it... borderline faggish. faded... do you want to fade into the shadows with this odd light blue/white mess? It looks like $10 Walmart crap!

Or would you rather stand out with this bold blue striped Rocawear shirt $56

The first one is meh... too corporate, drab, something you'd wear at work.

And the second is too hip hop, too baggy... Of course, it depends on the style your looking for. Oerdin is probably too old to wear it, anyway.

Yeah, me too. But I'm too old to wear hip hop clothing. Its not my scene, anyway. I prefer house/techno clubs.

I didn't say that, I care about my look. But Ralph Lauren? I don't think he wants to look like mama's boy.

                        • 30 really isn't that old for hip hop clothing... Russell Simmons owned Phat Farm and designed for it (until he sold it in 2004) and he was born in 1957.

Jay-Z, founder of rocawear, was born in 1969.

yeah i looked it up on wikipedia

Until rappers started coming out with their own clothing lines in '98-'99, Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger were the kings of hip hop clothing... go back and watch music videos from back then and see the rappers wearing polos. Whereas Tommy is a rare sight these days in the city, Polo is still strong.

He'll probably look less like a mama's boy and more like a hood motherf-er!
