I wonder if the Liberals shot themselves in the foot with their negative adds. They had a very distasteful smell about them and made me immediately think "I'd never vote for a party that's so obviously trying to con me." Because Liberal credibility has declined so much over the past couple of years, I bet these adds produced similar effects in many others.Ben Kenobi:

If you're going to smear the opposition you have to do it from the high moral ground, not a swamp of "Lies, scandal, corruption". (We drove past the Liberal Winnipeg South Centre campaign headquarters on our way to a hockey game a couple of days ago and there was a guy standing nearby and carrying a placard with that on it.)Comment
