Has to be. I ****ing hated her guts all last year, and this year I actually like her, and then they pull this? No way. Gotta be a setup. It was Audrey who brought Jack the intel on Collette to begin with, after all.

Plus, I think we can move the Veep from the "just vaguely Dick Cheney evil" category to the full on "mastermind of the Palmer assassination, Bauer set-up, failed nerve gas sting" category. I was hoping they weren't going to totally drop that storyline, and it looks like it is coming back in full-force, and that Henderson is more a part of that aspect of the story than of the Bierko plot. The question remains how the Leland/Nathanson/Cummings/Henderson crew found out Jack was still alive. Though they can kill Wayne for all I care, never liked him. However, if they take out Aaron...

Not sure, but I still think it is going to be a gas plant.

I don't think they're going to go the 25th Amendment route again; I don't think the Veep is after the Presidency with these actions. I think he was just masterminding the whole "expose WMDs in Central Asia to secure our oil interests" plot. That's sort of been forgotten ever since Cummings and Nathanson bought it, but it has been nagging me for a while, especially since Nathanson had said that there were other officials involved.

I assumed that becasue the sentox was in arial form, that it would stay that way, but perhaps they are going to dump it in the water supply? That sat shot looked a bit industrial to me.

I don't have a console anyway, but it's been getting lukewarm reviews at best. Shame really, a properly motivated company could make a pretty sweet game based on this show.

Not clear when it takes place, but it can still get cool on the coast at night, even in the summer.

Also: I like the German agent. Don't think we've seen the last of him. (Maybe this is why he's disappeared from Lost.)

Also interesting considering the German connections to the plots of the first two seasons, ie Nina speaking German to someone over the phone while trying to flee CTU, and that Max person with a German accent that Kingsley reports to at the end of Season 2.

I must admit that I never saw the "Audry" revelation coming. I hope it's not a set up, even though it may be.
