    I thought I'd be a graphic designer - and I am!

I also thought I would be married with 2 children and living in some nice american modernised neighbourhood. This part didn't come true. *thankfully!*

I had NO IDEA I would be living in an asian country (singapore), working for asians and doing Chinese things. I did however give up on white girls at the age of 18 and started to take a great interest in asian girls instead.

      Good money in that, though.

I didn't have long term plans when I was 12.

          I imagined myself:

          A published author

          Independently wealthy

          Married

          Two outta three ain't bad...

The list of published books grows. If you're curious to see what sort of stories I weave out, head to Amazon.com and do an author search for "Christopher Hartpence." Help support Candle'Bre, a game created by gamers FOR gamers. All proceeds from my published works go directly to the project.

I thought I'd have died in a nuclear war. And yet I'm still vaguely disappointed to find myself working in pensions.

I was expecting to be going Ivy League, but this little thing called not enough money poped up and I had to settle for a nearby 2nd-rate Uni.

I certainly didn't imagine being here, in the library that I used to spend so much time in, reading up on astronomy. I wanted to be an astrophysicist after I got to university, but I never made any other plans.

I also didn't expect to have travelled as much as I have, or be Christian, or any of the things that have happened over the last few years.

I did expect to be married and have a wife by now, but not everything happens the way you expect.

So I guess it's a good thing how my life turned out.

                    Well I ain't doing chokey!
Other than that, I wouldn't mind a new girlfriend - it'd definitely cut down on posting here.
Oh, and I did manage to lose my virginity - something that seemed impossible at the time. Girls seemed weird when I was 12.

When I was twelve, I thought that I was going to be a bum.

I'm an art student now, so I guess I was pretty accurate.

Last year, I expected I'd be in High School. It seems I was correct.
