This isn't a very intelligent remark, and would seem to indicate your Islamic bias. I can think of one example off the top of my head that Christians found offensive in the UK: Jerry Springer: The Opera. They're lots of others. Do some research before you support one side over another.

You do raise a valid point though. BK was unaware this was offensive to Muslims, so they did it out of ignorance. People are all too aware what Christians and Jews find offensive, yet they go ahead and do it anyway. Do you see the double standard that you're creating with your statement above? I can only presume it is out of ignorance that you say this.

Given that your example is lousy, no I don;t see any double standard. BK, or any other large international corporation will NEVER on purpose offend ANYONE, because in offending anyone they threaten to scare off possible customers.

Whomever decided to make a play about Jerry Springer obviously did it with the intent to cause controversy. There is a fundamental difference between a piece of performance art and a corporate logo on ice cream.
