Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

    • Depends on what you mean by victim. The boy and girl led to the cave were probably the first victim of Tom Riddle, Jr.

      • If Pettigrew killed Voldemort, out of blood debt to Harry, would it look too cheesily like LOTR?

It would definetly look too cheesy. Pettigrew should die in the end... only fitting.

            They didn't die.

              • Pettigrew can be redeemed AND die.

He wasn't exactly a wizard at that point, though

No. The three non-evil founders were not aware that the Chamber of Secrets existed, IIRC. Gryffindor is the one whose relic is known not to be a horcrux - the sword.

He didn't have that with him at the time of the murder, though. I'm pretty sure the two have to be in very close proximity.

Slytherin wasn't evil either, I'm quite sure.

We don't know that, though. It may be the case, but that's pure guessing.
