no, there's a curfew for all teenagers in most counties in america (this can vary by county or city). Most of the time it's 12:00 AM, but some cities I heard have it at 10:00 PM. People under 18 aren't supposed to be out later than that.Originally posted by Pekka

It's not really enforced where I live. Teenagers like race late at night and get themselves (or others) killed. No one seems to care.
My city also has a law about teenagers with Nevada plates driving down the Las Vegas strip at night. This was put into place more to deal with traffic. Teens aren't really allowed to do anything in my city, so they would just cruise down the strip doing nothing.Comment

but with such laws, I really can't anything but laugh at Che because some policeman politely asks what he has in his backpack.
With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.

yeah, go on, defend the practice straight from hell. a) it doesn't make sense b) it limits the freedom of citizens because of their age c) sounds like nanny state to me, which is the trademark for welfare states.
