I like this one better: Either you give us Karelia back or else.. we join NATO. You can forget all about those cows now!
I thought blackmail was not a good way of negotiating between friends.

And how can I ever trust you? I remember you once told me that 'mukavaa' meant 'homosexual' in Finnish.

You don't remember?? Well, of course, people tend to forget their own transgressions. It's just human nature.

Hmm looks like I told the right answer after that though... I can't believe you still remembered that.

Yes, the whole world is just like North Korea.

Here's where i have to get a bit nastier. Why the hell should i care what these countries think of me when they can't even feed themselves? I dont care that myself and my nation are either hated or laughed at. I never plan to leave, and they're too poor to come over here (in dangerous numbers anyway). I dont see why i'm expected to run crying at the thought of people not liking me anyway, it just seems juvenile.
Since you're talking about "feeding the rest of the world" I'm making a huge leap of faith that you don't just mean isolated ****holes like the DPRK. Since you live in a country that, oddly enough, has to import a lot of resources from outside it's borders, and, oddly enough, has a lot of it's economy dependent on either cheap foreign labor, or exports into foreign markets, what happens beyond the borders of the US affects you and your standard of living, whether you like it or not.

The longterm question is whether the US will be around to participate in the growth of developing nation markets, or whether it will continue to be filled with arrogant, ignorant díckheads who say "**** the rest of the world, we're better than they are" (that's about the sum of US foreign policy), all the way until the US finds that it has lost most of the leverage it has on the world economy, and is more dependent than ever on foreign resources. There's never going to be a need to invade the US.

It's more accurate than 'which we gave to Russia, because we didn't like the area and gave it, as a present'..
