Needs another 4 years of seasoning.
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

      Agreed. Damn Jews...
Actually, there is a very sound reason why we don't want him to run.

I hope that they really do choose Sharpton though. The comedy value would be too much to pass up and we might actually get an explanation for his role in the Tawana Brawley case out of him.

Yes. I'd certainly welcome it, even though it would mean I'd probably make far less money over the course of my life than I would if the status quo were maintained.

Good for Dean. It's good to see a doc who hasn't lost all of his humanitarian and altruistic ideals.

                        What would that be?

I was simply commenting on the irony of Eli singling out the man who would be the first (?) serious Jewish contender for Prez.

Note: I'm not sure of that first, but can't remember any others...

                            Guynemer: good for you.

Come up North. You can join a union and picket for pay raises just like everybody else.

P.S.: Vermonters are good people. They're almost Canadian.

I would probably consider voting Democrat if I was a US citizen and Dean was on the ticket.

Baby steps, and the next thing you know you're living in a socialist paradise.

I picked John Edwards. He seems like a good guy, but he is too unseasoned. I know that, but this run will give him some experience.
