Sigh... 5 people disagreed with you. They considered it racist. So maybe it isn't as OBVIOUS as you think.

So your opinon DOESN'T matter. Deal with it. Because the next time you make a racist comment, even in jest, you are toast... and you will be taking the hike.

Ramo has made a racist statement

The Democrates are facing an identity crisis just like Labor faced an identity crisis in Britain during the 1980s. Traditionally the Dems really were focused on being socialists with a tax and spend additude. Clinton grabbed the Democratic leadership and dragged them kicking and screaming into the political center and that is why the Dems did so good in the 1990s.

Now that Clinton is out of the picture there is a tug-a-war going on between the old party elite, who want to go hard left again, and the surviving Clintonists, who want to stay in the middle. Nether side seems to be able to get support from the other even during elections so Dems haven't been fairing so well against Republicans who, while being more right then many party memebers, have been voting as a block for the party's candidate.

                      • Is Kerry going to bypass the fundraising caps and tap into the family fortune?
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891
