Organ theft is no Urban Legend. It's true and it's happening all over the world. The homeless kids in Rio De Janeiro have been systematically hunted down by organ traders. It is happening alot in India too. IIRC, this has even happened in Greece, at least once. The victims are always young and they are kidnap victims, but their bodies are seldom discovered.
