If the list is endless, then maybe you could name just one. I like the fact that you point out that Greece now holds the presidency of the EU, a rotational position in which every member is guaranteed a spot. Way to go Greece! You remembered to show up when it was your turn!

As for the other stuff you mentioned, none of that has anything to do being advanced or important. Or maybe you think the US is obsolete and unimportant because it lacks those things too.

Well those things certaintly add to diversity and importance and the EU presidency again and again gives us a bit of a more important role in international affairs than say Canada.
