I think that's total bull****. You DO NOT say no, when you mean yes, anyone can tell you that. It's a myth a bunch of men have made up so they can go around raping women, saying they 'meant to say yes'.

And if you continue to try to have sex after she says no, you are committing sexual assault, no ifs, ands, or buts.

No one has ever heard of hard to get, but wanting to be got? There is a hell of a lot of difference between the No, kiss, no, kiss, yes scenario and the rape scenario which is NO, NO, NO.

There have been many cases of sexual abuse by older and larger females of younger and weaker males, eg in childcare and babysitting situations.

A man's erection is a physical response - it doesn't mean that he's mentally willing to have sex. Rape is as much a state of mental resistance as it is physical.

If you argue that a man consents to sex just because he has an erection, then you assume that a man can will his erection on and off with 100% control.

From the number of times I've seen a guy try to urinate with an erection, this is evidently not the case.

sometimes we get erections just from a bumpy busride . the bus in general does not arouse me- and I'm not aroused by any of the females in the bus. Often I cannot see them. But any kind of physical stimulation will get me erect. I wake up with an erection as well. Does sleep arouse me? Not likely.

So I repear- an erection does not equal arousal.

Somehow most people in this thread have lost their sense of reality, ecspecially for suggesting capital punishment for rapists. Rape is just a crime among the others. It can ruin your life, but one's life can be ruined even if no crime was involved at all. Divorces, alcohol and smoking are just examples. Chegitz guevara has many good points, and I ask people try not to see things in black and white.

Also I am absolutely certain that I would rather be raped by a male than, for example, get blind.
