My church allows non-combat service during times of conscription, but that's about it. I call that a pretty strict interpretation of thou shalt not kill.
As for other denominations, they argue against your interpretation by looking at the Hebrew. There are two different Hebrew words, one for murder and one to kill. The commandment in question uses the hebrew word for murder and not for killing.
This difference is why I chose the question I did.
