Honestly I don't think I would be disturbed by having sex with a transsexual, but my sexuality is so indefinite right now that my personal opinion isn't really worth much.
The point is, however, a woman who used to be a man only used to be a man, and vice versa. If I had a sex change operation, I would tell anyone I were having sex with of this, simply because I wouldn't want to have sex with someone I wouldn't want to share my past with.
But, as always, that's just my opinion and many will have sex with those they don't quite care for.

I'm simply not convinced that a sex change leaves a man a woman, both physically and chemically. I'm not a woman if I cut my genitals off and draw a pair of ovaries etc on myself, there's no reason those who have undergone a far from perfect surgical monstrosity can call themselves one.
Why the hell do you care? It's their business, not yours or anyone else's. If you're so afraid of sleeping with a "guy," then renounce sex. It's your responsibility to look after your own idiotic fears, not nanny state's.
