Clinton's approval ratings averaged about 30-40% in the US and Europe alike.
According to Time (I believe, could have been Newsweek or The Economist though, I'll look it up), Clinton's approval rating in Europe was a lot higher than Bush's.

Hell, even boring old John Mayor had an affair!! If you really believe politicians should be saints, you're living in a dream world.
It doesnt take a saint to not get a blowjob from a woman who isnt your wife. Look at it this way. The president is the ultimate public servant, so really he works for the american people. If you caught your employee getting a blowjob when he should be working wouldnt you fire him?

Name one american politician where the scandals were so obvious.

Are you THAT incredibly ignorant? Clinton had high aproval ratings most of his time in office. Often VERY high for not being at war. I guess that goes with you preposterous claim that Bush understands the economy. Well maybe he does understand that it has been going down the tubes.

Ethel with his pro-Clinton propaganda. Clinton didn't know how to run squat.

                    sigh

not again please. we've been over this time and time again. Holland is more developed and richer than Spain is. Fact. Deal with it and get over it.

Now can we please get back to the topic at hand? Thank you.

Your country is? Considering 90% of the wealth is located in the government I wouldn't count on it.

Bah! Name one Republican president that Europe has liked!

BTW, che does have a valid point. Europe seemed to love Clinton for making the Balkans even more of a mess than they already were and not doing anything to support Kyoto, etc.

Well Bush knows what he is doing when it comes to the economy
We all remember that triumph of Dubyan conservatism, steel tariffs. Of course, George knew exactly what he was doing - buying blue-collar votes with policy.

Apart from the tax rebate, has George actually done anything significantly conservative when it comes to economy?

Well the fact is that internationally, Clinton is definitely more internationally respected than Bush, although that isn't too hard.
