... I wouldn't replace all of humanity... I would create an aristocratic society where in order to vote, reproduce, etc, you need to prove you are responsible and smart enough. I wouldn't discriminate among belief, skin color, or ethnicity. It wouldn't be completely Communist, it would be a form of Socialism but still market driven to reward innovation, hard work, and success.
