this is bullsh!t. The soldier who beat up that bastard can face up to 10 years in prison for assaulting a senior officer and yet he can't get more than 6 months in prison for the puppies

I'm pretty sure the tables will turn in the court and that bastard will pay much more dearly than Routsis.
