You really don't think Massachusetts can be generalized to have a liberal culture?

her age doesn't matter. She's a student. Plain and simple. She obviously doesn't have the emotional maturity of an adult anywas.

Even if it was: trolling is not forbidden, deep personal attacks and threats are.

How is it a stereotype when it was just shown to be correct?

People from the southern US generally condone corporal punishment, end of story.

It is a generalization, you can't say everyone is. But the culture accepts it, and therefore it's a hickish culture.
Well I am glad your criteria for evidence is so "liberal," I only have to supply on example and it applies universally.

So I saw Real Sex the other day, and using the above I know that all gay peole, including you, are wearing black leather crotchless pants, have a ball gag in, are slowly pulling out butt plugs.

you have never heard of quack doctors who are under the payroll of lawyers.

I bet you she called her lawyer before she went to the emergency room, and was treated by a "special" doctor.

That is the stereotype, isn't it?

The difference being I'm avoiding that stereotype (it's not me), but here you are supporting beating children, basking in it.

Her age doesn't matter? So then laws should stop at the classroom door? She should be considered an adult everywhere except in school?

Don't know, I haven't lived there. I would hate to say something about a place that was mistaken.

The part you don't seem to understand:

If SA has a hick culture, why did this make the san antonio paper?

Because it's an interesting legal case because she's an adult and was beaten with only parental consent?

Are you going to say to me that an 18 year old doesnt have the right to say she can or not be assaulted? She pays to go to this school like you would if you were in college. If some instructer took you aside cause you left campus to get breakfast and you are 18 you should get paddled with out no say so?

It just makes me laugh that they actually had to look up documentation in order to purposefully inflict pain...

asher she was taken to the county hospital there is no special drs there that concern themselves with lawyers. Most of them are last year residents. Being supervised by doctors.

Sure you do, you use the legal system to force your moral beliefs on others.
