Homosexualism is not normal. It's just that it doesn't harm anyone, so it shouldn't be condemned but for the fact that is does not lead to procreation.
But as only a small ammount of men is keen on such activities, it will not lead to death of the human race, so this arguement falls.
In fact, homosexuality can have multiples uses.
Like when we are worried that some national minority has too big natural growth, we can start a heavy pro-gay-activity campaign ammongst them, and see if it doesn't help.
I'm sure some people will try if encouraged.

BTW, on the subject of librarian censorship, my highschool (Grades 9-13, no 'junior high') had a subscription to the far-right* magazine 'the Alberta Report' for my entire time there. I honestly think they didn't know what it was.
