I don't think jeb would be anything like W has been. They broke the mold when they made him (understandably).

Don't think the cost is that much different from Ivy League colleges either, though there won't be any scholarships I guess.
Also remember that in Germany, unis usually cost less than €120 per semester. All you got to pay is your food and rent, which usually stays below €400 per month.

          So, welcome to Europe?

Really? Here in Germany we have a lack of professors, maybe because they´re not as highly paid as over there...

Well, if he speaks English, then German is the most easy to learn foreign language for him

                      Wikipedia tells us:

German is the third most popular foreign language taught worldwide, and the second most popular in Europe.
If you are an English speaker unfamiliar with German, you may be surprised to learn that English and German are closely related languages and share many words that are very similar. This is particularly true for everyday words in English that are Anglo-Saxon (that is, Germanic) in origin.

                        • You can stick with English and still study in Europe, even if it's highly recommended to learn a foreign language while there (where else would you do that if not abroad?)

If you don't have the energy, countries like The Netherlands and Scandinavia where almost all of us speak an acceptable English are obvious places for getting by with little or no problems.

We can't offer you any decent weather though.
