However, it is true that both the US and UK have granted asylum to Chechen nationalists that Russia wants extradited to face charges of terrorism. The US and UK say they have no evidence that these are terrorists. However, if you listen to what those granted asylum say about the terrorist attacks, it sounds pretty suspect. In one sentence they condemn the attacks, but in the next sentence they pretty much say the attacks were justified. I say they should be extradited to face trial.

Ah, right, I forgot, you are a Fascist. And don't give me this I'm not a Fascist BS! You just said freedom of the press isn't necessary when it isn't listening to the 'will of the people'. It's something Mussolini would have been proud to say!“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. but enough of this, discuss the article.
Much more troubling to me is the news that so many of the neocons who agitated for war with Iraq are now supporting the terrorists in Russia. This leaves me more convinced than ever that they never gave a damn about fighting al Quaida or any terrorists. Rather I think they were focused on Iraq all along and saw the need to deal with the Taliban as only an unwanted detour from their Iraqi plans and later as a smokescreen for discussing justification of the regime change in Iraq.

I just speak for the will of the people
Freedom of press isn't needed when it abuses the will and heart of the people.
The united patriotism of a nation is better paid attention to, then the insanity of some left wing media.
Visions of Hitler, Mussolini, and Franco must dance through your head at regular intervals.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Exactly, the article isn't about the definitions used for terrorists (I'm still think it's wierd to do not call them so), it's about the Chechens' American friends.
And Oerdin, the rest of the articles dedicated to crisis on Guardian's web site are pure anti-Russian and anti-Putin bullsh!t.

Enjoy you reading.
And it's from the guardian, of course.
John Laughland: The Washington neocons' commitment to the war on terror evaporates in Chechnya, whose cause they have made their own.
What really kills me is that your "free", "advanced", "ubiased" media, NEVER calls persons who took and kill hostages- terrorists, if those persons act in Russia.
American and European media calls them- rebels, guman, militants, guerrillas, even fighters sometimes, it calls them anyhow but NEVER calls them TERRORISTS.
Not that I'm really surprised, considering that CNN invites one of those f*ckers (who personally cut throats in Dagestan in 1999, but now wears an expensive suit and lives in UK) into their studio and broadcast his sh!t on whole world.
**** your so-called "freedom of speech".
Second, I don't see Russia's Free Press commenting on the possibility that, waaaayyy back in 1999 the FSB framed the Chechens by destroying those apartment buildings, thus giving the Yelstin administration (which had less than 2% support at the time) the justification needed to go re-occupy Chechnya.Today, you are the waves of the Pacific, pushing ever eastward. You are the sequoias rising from the Sierra Nevada, defiant and enduring.

If I wanted to discuss the article, I would have done so .
Now, I'm on how much of a Fascist Giancarlo really is, though he claims he is not.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

I only think about the people. That should be noticed for its monumental meaning.
No you don't. You want to take away the people's right to free press.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

I was sure you weren't one of those loonies who believes that the CIA/Mossad destroyed the WTC and attacked the Pentagon on 9/11/01, was I mistaken?
