Imran, yeah, but Canadian Hippie is not so bad. It's not a real hippie anyway. It's like white rapper in Hungary. It's just not a threat. It's ironic. Just like a hippie in Canada.

    Ben, UBC?

No no it was earlier, when I wasn't enrolled in any Uni and I was looking for applying into Canadian Uni (as US Unis proved to be too expensive). I checked out a lot of Unis in Canada and this was one of them.

I believe Atlanta is 2nd on number of colleges within a city, and not too far off Boston either... but it's too hot for pasty white Finns who can't stand some warm weather .

And yet quantity does not equate to quality, which Chicago has. UChicago, for instance, Loyola and DePaul, and yes, even that bastard stepchild, Northwestern.

Q Cubed, I could eat a chicago style hot dog or pizza now. What is chicago style hot dog or pizza? I know New York, but what is chicago?

Chicago-style hotdog: peppercorn bun. hot dog. pickle, sweet relish, mustard, hot peppers, onions, tomatoes, and celery salt.
Chicago-style pizza: very deep dish. enormously deep dish. at least an inch thick of just cheese and toppings.

Cost of living is really low in Montreal compared to Alberta, AFAIK. Came second after Winnipeg in affordability of housing.

There's some fairly significant compaines clustered around Montreal, AFAIK.

Lower cost of living bringing lower wages should not be a surprise.
