No no it was earlier, when I wasn't enrolled in any Uni and I was looking for applying into Canadian Uni (as US Unis proved to be too expensive). I checked out a lot of Unis in Canada and this was one of them.In da butt.

DC does not cater to the college crowd as Boston or the other two do.

Chicago-style hotdog: peppercorn bun. hot dog. pickle, sweet relish, mustard, hot peppers, onions, tomatoes, and celery salt.

Cost of living is really low in Montreal compared to Alberta, AFAIK. Came second after Winnipeg in affordability of housing.
For best job prospects/pay scales... Vancouver, Toronto, maybe Calgary depending on what you do. Montreal has it's fair share of hi tech industry, as does Ottawa.
