            He looks like an old white man. He doesn't look much like a Berber or a Moor.

            It was very confusing because the man on horseback wielding an axe reminded me of the equestrian statue of Richard the Lionheart outside the Houses of Parliament in London, but then grobnok said it wasn't the Crusades, so I thought probably something involving Turks in Bulgaria or Serbia, but then the dress looked too old, but the cross on reflection looks like the French wayside crosses, so....

            feh. Artistic licence.
