  • Missouri anti-gay marriage const. amendment headed for victory

Scroll down to the bottom. With 58% of the precincts reporting the amendment is passing 72% to 28 %

I can only hope that the same thing doesn't happen in November with the anti-gay marriage amendment those f***ers have managed to get on the ballot here in Montana.

    It's my home state

Odd how the dems outnumbered the repugs greatly in many of the primaries, yet that passed

OTOH, it appears that my distant cousin won the primary for Sec State (on that page it appears as she was unopposed, which I didn't think was the case, whatever)

        Damned Christians.
Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

Looks like we found our wedge issue. This gets people out to the polls so expect to hear more about it during the year.

You thought the Democrats were just one, monolithic group, didn't you?

Once again, hatred, bigotry and spiteful ignorance rises up in the so-called "Christian" state of the Bible belt when they are behaving in everyway a true Christian should NOT behave.

I thought southern Missouri is considered by some people to be part of the Bible Belt.
