Today, I discussed this trip with my travel agent. She wants some time to look into possible stop offs for me in Hong Kong & Shanhai once I leave the Phils.
I stressed that the most important part of the trip is the Hong Kong - Cebu leg. But she'll see if we can't meet up in SF on the way over.
I'm supposed to get a call from her on Monday.

Well, small miracle of miracles, I have been officially granted 2 weeks vacation in a row (usually da boss won't let us take more than 1 week off at a time). And I can start on the 24th of September. Now all I need is enough money and proper planning...I'm consitently stupid- Japher

I've got myself booked on Cathay Flight No. CX 921, leaving Hong Kong at 8:50 a.m. on Sept. 23rd and arriving in Cebu at 11:30 a.m. Please tell me I booked the right flight.
(BTW, I'm booked to fly out of Cebu on Oct. 1 at 7:55 p.m. --My travel agent wanted me to get me on a flight at noon on the 30th because it makes subsequent connections so much easier. However, the big fiesta blowout is on the 29th, & I didn't seem wise to plan to leave early enough next morning to leave Bohoi and get to Cebu by noon.
