Stargate is a "star" franchize. I can`t disapprove your claims about series since I haven`t watched it but movie really sucked.

For me, B5 had superior plot lines, and far far more consistency, if only becuase it was always one sotry laid out form the start while Trek shows are episodic, and any long storylines in general eventually fall apart. DS9 was actually better able to fight this becuase it is centered in one place and not about a ship roaming out there in the universe.
B5 in general was closer to scientific reality than the other two- not perfetc, but certainly closer. SW does not even try, since it is scif fi only in the whole "set in space" part, but otherwise is fantasy really.
At a minimum, B5 has more believeable soldiers who actually exist in a chain of command.

Stargate SG-1 is a fantastic show, better than either of the other "Star" franchises. It's an example of how to correctly run a sci-fi franchise
Today, you are the waves of the Pacific, pushing ever eastward. You are the sequoias rising from the Sierra Nevada, defiant and enduring.
What is it to hmmm for. I just teased you about the star part. I haven`t watched the series so I didn`t comment it (only the movie ).

Your list isn't bad, but I'd just drop everything after Farscape.
