Yes, this even applies to those who persecuted and slaughtered the Jews, or stood by while it happened and then when the holocaust was over continued to persecute the Jewish survivors returning to their homes. They were and are the ultimate cause of this problem yet they shamelessly deny their responsibility even now that they live in comfort and security. That's not how things in the OT happen. Your intention is to shoot that guy, knowing that there are six nuns behind him who may well be killed or injured when you fire upon him, and you fire anyway.

The IDF frequently disregards the safety of non-combatents when attempting to assassinate various people. The IDF also frequently claims that cold-blooded murder was an accident.

define "disregards". If your claim is that it doesn't matter to IDF at all, you are wrong. If you claim that it civilian lives are compromised to target combatants, then you're correct. But that's the point in street fighting.
