b) He didn't provide a link.
c) Even that article doesn't say that the crowd was armed, but that the gunmen were hiding inside the crowd. If that would mean that it's ok to open fire on the crowd because of that, casualties in some other conflict not too far away would be in the tens of the thousands.Comment

If we'd be talking about Israel, you'd see not only UN resolutions, Kofi Annan's talking head on TV, and/or an american press peon, but probably major international pressure, some economic pressure, etc. It's obviously quite clear that I am not saying that Spain is the same as Israel.Comment
