Hey, neat idea. Maybe next time they can show Bush in a mass grave holding one of the skulls

It's not making light of those who died, it's making light of the fact that no WMDs have been found yet.

Anyone who has a problem with this needs to lighten up.

GePap and I have different politics, but at least he has the sense to admit this is a non-story.

How is he making light of the deaths? Since the admin. has long since moved to the liberation notion of the war, what he is making fun of is the inability to back up a pirmary claim before the war-which is thus making fun of himself.

The only thing he can be accused of with regards to this is not being funny.

Yeah, that would apply too. I guess I meant Pavlov's dogs if he had conditioned them to bark at Bush.

if this joke is some form of accepting his error on WMD's(e.g. he started a war while either lieing to the american people(he knew there were no WMD and still said so) or not knowing what he was takling about(he wasnt sure but still went ahead)) he should have the decency to (at least) not run in the next elections instead of making jokes about it.

Possibly, but how do you expect us to behave in the face of Bush's irrationality?

I don't think that's the case. He probably is just joking about the fact that the situation made him look foolish - not that the situation was his fault.

I expect no decency from this WH. There are dozens of things for which I hate this admin. BUt I would have to make a list 10,000 things long for this even to perhaps come up. This is a non-issue. Why waste time and space discussing this?

Why not discuss the massive cuts to the section 8 subsidized housing program?
