        Going by what some of them said about the bulldozer chick it's not an unreasonable expectation.
        Not smart to stand in front of the bulldozer, while the machine is in operation.

              If the operator can't see you, it's not smart.

              If you're a pacifist, and stand in front of a machine gun, the soldier cannot say that he did not see you. In the case of the bulldozer, the operator never saw the woman in front of him.
