That hyper fast Russian torpedo, so mean it kills its own side.
Oh, the supercavitating one? That would be so cool if they get it to work without killing themselves. Might actually be able to do undersea fighters if the technology is fully developed.

Get out! You think they'll reach Australia any time soon? Indonesia wants to buy 40 Su-30s.
Indonesia that much of a problem over there? I didn't think they they could scratch together that many pilots good enough to fly them. Your F-15s and F-16s will wipe the floor with them. Did I mention my sister helps make the AMRAAM missles? (Yeah, I know. The thought scares me too)

The B-52, projected to still be useful in 2040's (on a show on it's history on the History Channel). Serb must want his ass stuffed with some napalm if he thinks his punny Rooskie AA guns can beat the Stratofortress.
My god, we finally agree on something. Definitely the B-52!
Serb, so they have finally married the ZSU-23-4 and the SA-9 into one vehicle? Congratulations! Yesterday's hardware today. Yesterday's software, tomorrow.
He's got the Midas touch.
But he touched it too much!
Hey Goldmember, Hey Goldmember!

It's true that Indonesia's training and technical know-how is lame. Nonetheless, I've been thinking about it a lot recently, and I've reached the conclusion that they're gonna be a problem.
The way I see it is: everybody over there is still furious about East Timor. Couple it with the rise of Islamic sentiment and Indonesia's history of invading neighboring countries for no apparent reason (Malaysia 1963, East Timor 1975) and you've got a powder keg.
Indonesia just bought four Su-30s and a couple of helicopters from Russia, for a total of about $100 million. This to me suggests that the military personalities who favor confrontation with the United States, Australia, and their allies are getting into the driver's seat.
Australia is still using the F-111 as the backbone of its fighter-bombers. The encouraging thing is the fact that half of Indonesia's existing navy and air force is unusable due to poor maintenance and neglect. Also, the distance factor is in Australia's favor. The Su-30 doesn't have the range to attack much further south of Brisbane, and that's assuming it can start from Irian Jaya (aka West Papua).
But I still worry about what would happen if Indonesia were to arm all the unemployed people (all 25% of its population) and send a human wave into Queensland.
