  • I've gone years without sex . In fact I'm doing that right now- unless you count oral sex as sex. I don't.

    • Once one of our teams wins a world championship you will see far fewer of these incidents......

How is that an excuse? Boston hasn't won a World Series in over 80 years and they are relatively well behaved.

Cop out . Oral sex is SOO sex.

Yes, and Manning and the Colts O was stellar the 15 minutes they had the ball.

Take away that first Colts interception and add in the two Denver drives that ended inside the 5 yard line and the final score ends up being 45 to 10. Ouch.

        • This is probably good for the Colts. The bad thing is they don't have a bye week, so they will have to learn from their mistakes quickly.

It's better they lose now than in the first round of the playoffs like last year.

          • HOLY CRAP!

Is anyone watching this game?! Farve's dad dies yesterday, people don't think he's gonna play, he says he'll start.

            ONE HALF:
            15/17, 311 yds, 4 TDs

Making papa proud where ever he is.

            • Farve is carving up the Raiders and offering their carcass to his Father at the Sacrificial Alter. Absolutely amazing some of the throws and catches being made by the Packers tonight!

              • And people said Farve had lost it. When he's on, he's the best there is.

                • grrr

If I knew his dad died, I wouldn't have picked the Raiders to cover the spread. Why did I pick the Raiders?

I agree.... and I've always loved Farve. That's right, I'd have his baby .

                      • I'm not a big fan either. but he was impressive.

I like him in that commercial though. Something about his thick accent. I would've double bagged it.

                          • Ok, I was discussing the seeding for playoffs with Berz, and I want to write this down (like a mad scientist having to write formulas ).

                            Right now in the AFC:
                            NE 1, KC 2, Indy 3, Balt 4, Ten 5, Den 6.

For the #1 seed, if NE loses to Buff (rare chance) and KC beats Chi, then the conference records are tied and it goes to record against 4 common foes. KC lost to Min, which NE beat, but NE would have lost to Buf twice, which KC beat. I'm not sure if that would count lead to a KC getting #1 or going to the next tiebreaker which is Strength of Victory, which looks to go to KC (who had more blowouts). Of course it probably won't come to that.

Now, if Balt loses next week to Pitt and Cin beats Cle, then Cincy is in instead of Balt. Again, it would be rare for Balt to beat Pitt, but they are coming on strong.

If Ten beats TB and Indy loses to Hou, then Ten wins the division and is #3, and Indy would drop to #5 or #6, depending if Denver beats GB. If Den wins, then they are #5 while Indy would be #6. If Den loses, then they are #6 no matter what. If both Indy and Ten win, Indy would be #3 and Ten would be #5 (Den would be #6).

NFC (right now - er, after Monday Night):
                            Stl 1, Phi 2, Car 3, GB 4, Dal 5, Min 6

I'm not exactly sure who wins the tiebreaker between GB and Min. GB will win tonight. They both have the same record and same divisional record. GB RIGHT NOW has the edge in common games, but if Min beats Ariz next week, the common games will be tied (I think). If that is the case then it goes to conference record, where Min would have the edge. The question is the common games. I don't know if I did it right. If Min loses to Ariz, of course, then GB wins the division (based on common opponents)

For the #1 seed, it is StL, if they beat Det (I think they probably will ). If they lose, then Philly wins, if they beat Wash (again, probably) the tiebreaker will go to Phily on conference record. If Phily loses then Stl is automatically #1, and Philly is auto #2.

If Minn wins the division tiebreaker (and beats Ariz) and Carolina loses to the Giants (yeah, right), then they have the same conference record and it depends on common opponents, who I don't want to look at because that's too much work.

Seattle LOST to both GB and Min, so they have to beat SF and hope either Min or GB loses. If that happens then they enter the playoffs, and if Dal wins then Sea is #6 and if Dal loses then the conference record is the same and it depends on common opponets (again... no ).

That's what I can think of right now .

                              Just quit, baby!

What a performance tonight. The Packers are catching fire at just the right time. Momentum is everything (see last year when they got stomped their last game and floundered in the playoffs).
