All it takes is one or two starters stolen.... or even a key backup or two. This is, of course, assuming they even win the SuperBowl this year. Who was the last #1 seed in their conference to win the SuperBowl... the 1999 St. Louis Rams. #1 seeds since then haven't been treated too well. And the last time the #1 record in the NFL won? 1996 Green Bay (tied with Denver that year).
So we'll have to see if it works this year first.
