Ya think 6 would be a decent move, but I'm barely crawling compared to some. I need to spam post more often on-topic.
I'm consitently stupid- Japher I think that opinion in the United States is decidedly different from the rest of the world because we have a free press -- by free, I mean a virgorously presented right wing point of view on the air and available to all.- Ned
You can always ask the question in the Apolyton/Community forum... But not until the 13th of February 2004...

I'm finding the stats change alot, especially the last number. May not be good for much.

Hate to tell everyone this but I can see your stats in your profiles anytime I want.

"Let me break this down for you, fresh from algebra II. A 95% chance to win 5 times means a (95*5) chance to win = 475% chance to win." Wiglaf, Court jester or hayseed, you judge.
Each player would opt to move, and attack.
I think it should be limited to 1 attack per turn, not based on movement.
A person with more than double the movement of the person they are attacking could potentially move in, strike, then retreat out of range.
You'd need some kind of counterattack mechanism.
Here's what I was thinking:
When a person attacks, there will be an amount of attack 'trials' equivalent to the amount of attack points they have.
In a Trial:
A D-32 is rolled for the first defence point.
If the dice shows 32, the attack is blocked.
Otherwise, the next defence point down is used.
This gives a total of 99 rolls maximum.
If the attack is blocked, then the remaining defence points roll a D-32 for the possibility of a counter-attack, process determined similar to the above.
If such a thing succeeds, then there is a trial against the attacker.
If any attack trial succeeds, a hitpoint is removed from the target.
Any targets with 0 hitpoints are pronounced dead.
Target must be within a range of 1 square to attack, and retreating after an attack is possible.
There would be a starting grid, with the players spaced so that no one player is within striking distance of another - initially.
The battle would continue until either a stalemate is reached, or there is a victor.
Decent attack don't you think? Unsurpassed Defense and Movement? I'm taking a nap right now to recover the hit point although it may really not be needed.
Be good, and if at first you don't succeed, perhaps failure will be back in fashion soon. -- teh Spamski
With now 56 movement points, I am still the fastest being on Apolyton.
...
I don't know what I'm gonna do about all your attack points, though... you'd be a tough one to beat.
