No matter what the vows are, I think you should say them in French (use Babelfish or a friend). That should nicely give the judge/whoever a loop, as most people probably won't have a clue what you're saying, whether it's corny "I love you" stuff or communist propaganda.

Really any language other than Spanish would work.
