I don't have the attention span to scann all these posts but after seeing the title I can't help but ask when IS a good time to cut your daughter's throat? Apologies if this has already been addressed.

I've heard lots of stories about this in Denmark... or actually they're worse... Here's one of them:

A danish guy and a girl (from one of those countries) was walking down the street (Hand in hand) as her uncle came by... Her uncly almost killed the guy, while the girl was killed later by her fater
