    Sleepwalkers

There was a time when I watched any movie that was associated with Stephen King.

This movie taught me that wasn't a good policy.

Dennis. Never has a film so utterly failed at connecting me with the main character. I hate the little ****er. Hate him. As far as I can see, he tortures Mr Wilson for no reason at all, and then we're supposed to be sorry for him?

Sub-Matrix nonsense like The One and Equilibrium are more recent terrible films.

Should we count any of the "Halloween", "Friday the 13th" or Nightmare on Elm Street" movies? After all, we sort of expect them to be bad.

When I was young there was a cult movie called "Two Lane Blacktop" that was pretty bad.

Almost all of the Sci-Fi channels "original movies" have been awful. I am of course excluding the Babylon 5 series and the Dune series.

I think that Shynmalan's last two movies, "Unbreakable" and "Signs" stank.

Uhhhh..... Let's see. The TV announces that the aliens were thrown back in the Middle East by the use of an "ancient weapon". It turns out that water was their "Waterloo". ---- When was throwing water an ancient weapon in the Middle East? Did the Arab women start spitting on the aliens? I can picture it now: "Ptew. Ptew. Ptew." "Heellllllppppppp Mmmmeeeeeee! I'mmmmm mmmeeeellllltttttttiiiinnnnggggggg! Ohhh You wicked, wicked little girl! Look what you've done to my beautiful alien-ness!" "Ptew. Ptew. Ptew."

Oh, and if the kid with the asthma atttack was so far gone that he couldn't inhale the alien's poison how could he inhale the Albuterol from the metered dose inhaler that revived him? How could he have survived an all night long hypoxic coma without respiratory assitance?
"I say shoot'em all and let God sort it out in the end!

Why did you think Unbreakable stank? I thought it was pretty good.

            "Taxi Driver" with DeNiro.
The most boringass movie I've ever seen.

                I've got it!

                Worst movie of all time:

The first "Halloween" is actually pretty good, especially considering its genre. It's far more effective at generating suspense and scares than most horror films are.

Picking a "worst movie ever" is very difficult, especially since, by and large, more films come out that are bad than good.

This year alone, I've been subjected to three cinematic boondoggles in the theaters, including "Identity," "A Mighty Wind" and the atrocious "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen." The learning curve for film-making is apparently steep, since we have more tripe being generated every year rather than less.

The absolute worst movie I've seen in the past year has to be "Head of State." I yearn for the day someone finally breaks it to Chris Rock that he can't act, can't direct, and should just stick to being an acerbic standup comedian, which at least he does (somewhat) well.

I'll have to think more on what the worst movie I've ever seen is...tough call.

Appollo 13. Fell asleep when i watched in the cinema. Woke up two hours and it was still going. Have later tried to give it a second chance again on TV, but promptly fell asleep again. Am now considering getting a copy if I ever get insomnia again.

Forrest Gump - Horrid. Maybe i just don't like Tom Hanks :/

I liked Evolution - it was closer to any concept of evolution than I've ever seen.

Trainspotting had a great soundtrack, so I just closed my eyes to the grisly bits and enjoyed the movie nonetheless.

Tom Hanks hasn't been in a good film since Big.

                              Evolution was indisputably awful...

...and has anyone mentioned Pearl Harbor, or have psychological coping mechanisms blanked it from memory. Oh, and Titanic...

...I think I am going to be sick now

Pearl Harbour wasn't as bad as I was hoping it would be.

I can't be arsed to watch hours of crap just to see Kate Winslet's tits so I haven't seen Titanic either.
