It is starting to look like Grey Davis will be recalled. I just read in the AP that Lt. Governor Cruz Bustamante is going to take out a form to run for governor.

I say give California to the republicans.

Even Arnold will probably do a better job than these democrats.

I say we should have left it to the democrats, the cali state republicans should have listened to the national party leadership and let the dems wallow in their own mess.

You don't bounce checks on people holding you by the short and curlies. Unfortunately, CA finds itself needing power, like a whole lot of places. BC has it.

Maybe you might want to factor that into the next softwood lumber tarrif.

Hey, since you're playing it that way, I'll hope in the future you won't be making any judgments when we reelect Sen. Clinton, k?

                              Albert,

STATE GOVERNORS also have an effect on the rest of the country, unless you're going to claim that the California crises haven't had an effect on the rest of the country (which they have).

                              States aren't isolated.

Regardless, I have no problem with anyone commenting on our senatorial races. I also have no qualms in commenting on other state's races. It's called having the freedom to give an opinion.

nobody restricted your opinion... all joseph said was don't worry about if arnold will be a bad governor or not because you won't have to suffer the consequences of a bad governor.

and Clinton can vote for a law that directly effects all of us... the gov of cali can't.
