Not really. For example, in NJ even if it is freezing outside there is no necessity defense for breaking into private property to save your own life. I figure if property rights are mor important than lives, then control over one's body should be as well. Assuming fetuses are human (which they are not).

sexual fertility has nothing to do w/ abortion. for christ sakes. would u call someone who had an abortion "infertile?" course I already said this.
