    My mother in law is an Assembly of God freak and keeps this bull**** in her bathroom. As a baptized (but lapsed) Catholic, I've always been really impressed (*sarcasm*) that she even bothers to let me in the house.
    It has been an issue from day one, and most likely the reasonn (couldn't be my personality or anything) that she has sought to undermine my relationship with her daughter every step of the way.
    God save us from religious zealot who also happen to be stupid.
    One of the most frustrating types of people out there.

      I f*cking hate people like that. Theben's best friend's wife's mother used to pull BS like that, even going so far as trying to get her son to go kill her son-in-law. She claimed he was trying to kidnap his wife because they were moving to Bremerton, WA. Fortunately, the dude wasn't inclined to kill anyone and called his sister to find out what was really going on.
      Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

                      really? I have almost all of them except for that one.

                                Jack Chick has good intentions but wrong methods if he is trying to convert catholics.
