It would be a very good idea not to ignore them, doing our negotiations now makes it look like we were waiting for hte outcome of our oracle, and thats why we didn't talk much before. Otherwise we run the risk of them thinking we're ignoring them because we don't think they'll be around much longer.

We also wish to continue our cooperation in obtaining knowledge, and hope to meet similar sentiment from your side too. There are little knowledge we don't possess that you could obtain, but some that is, seems appealing to us and we hope it does so to you too. For example, no one has yet dug into the secrets of governing, which would allow us to institute monarchy over our lands. I'll check their precise GNP, but I think they cannot offer us anything in reasonable timeframe (that is, before our units show up at their borders ), so let's just drop this tech trade stuff and maybe inform them we're at last trying to connect to them (via road).

Let's hope they meant Monarchy, but I doubt it. They should know they can get it from GS. There were some techs they could offer (if I remember correctly). Yet, they decide to research it themselves....
