Hmm, well would be hard to put 5th in the way I made the map, soz ... could always play another game eventually if this map (or another) works out
Changes: Slowed tech, added 2 new "marine" units (midshipmen, navy SEALs); Accel Production. No major wonders, only some of the small wonders. Those are basically all of the major changes if I remember right ... but I discussed them elsewhere in this thread too.
