More specifically, I think the fact that the intent is to save the civ the trouble of walking the settler back means it's trying to teleport a settler, essentially, albeit you're legally teleporting workers.

From what I hear Bongo is still odds-on, though I am sure jshelr is building his forces in isolation for the final showdown!

Flandrien got two cities left, one is a walled hill city with a ton on num.mercs inside, could be a tough nut to crack. It's no ordinary wall btw, so far I've had 24 failed catapult shots, must've been made with reinforced concrete. Silly me didn't think concrete came available until the industrial age



The only losses jshelr had so far(that I am aware of that is) is a conscript warrior, and that scout which has changed sides 3 times now

Very little culture in his empire, I think it is safe to assume he is building troops like crazy. His turn will come though

the game is in it's final stages and bongo is procrastinating a bit before administering the final spank

concrete is actually a Roman develpment. i think it was invented earlier, but Roman architects used it widely to create their huge buildings, etc.

I think he wants me to attack his walled hill cities head on, so he can counterattack me later

Or maybe he wants to be left alone long enough to build a proper invasion force
