Wasn't Mo a spearman? Or was he an Immortal also?

I say Harry kills the Chariot that attached Mo. No sense in letting them pull the Chariot back for healing.

Mo - was a regular Immortal - and it looks like the concensus is that we kill the chariot.

And Mo2 will be in action soon - reinforcing his 'immortality'.

          Mo the Morbid Incarnate

Remember to let all the warriors move before doing the Shift-U to upgrade.

Question - do we want our workers to move into position on the mountain this turn. The only reason I can't think not is to keep their presence unknown to GS. But - what's the big deal. Getting the road built is more important. Any thoughts?

As long as the worker is protected, I say put him to work on the mountain road.

I have to go out of town tomorrow from about mid-day until Sunday evening. If we get our turn in before then, this should not be an issue. But with the length of time GS is taking - we may not see the save until tomorrow evening. In which case - with 24 hours to play - no problem. But we should have a second controller, and we should play the turn when we can.

Harry, Kon, Witt, argha, Eli - you guys seem to have the time. Whoever would best jive with my times - it worked well with Eli and Diss, and me and Diss, given the time zone separation. But that is not critical. What is more important is having kept up with the moves threads, plans, city builds, etc. Harry - you around this weekend? You have had the save on enough occasions. Let me know and I will PM RP with your e-mail address. Or anyone else dying to play it.

I will also be out of town for some of Saturday and Sunday next weekend (Easter) as well.

Someone - I think it was Eli - posted somewhere in here a list of the defensive bonuses from the various terrain types. Do you recall where it went? Or am I imagining it? I know you can dig it out of the editor somewhere, but if it was already done....thanks.

I think you're imagining, but here's what the editor says :

Desert, Plains, Grassland, Tundra, Flood Plains, Coast, Sea, Ocean - 10%
                      Forest Jungle - 25%
                      Hills - 50%
                      Mountains - 100%

argha - I went to get your e-mail from the old screen shot distributions I sent out - and your name was not on the list. My apologies. You should've said something. I recall your e-mail address from when you first joined, I will us ethat, and also review the save for a few things to remember. Looks like you will be playing it.

                              Moves for next turn:

Miller Town - citizen (cit) working lake to mined hill tile. This will allow 10 shields per turn production and warrior out each turn. Change build to warrior)

Spearman from Miller Town should head south.

Elipolis - new cit should be working a coastal tile for the cash.

                              Move Elipolis spearman south.

                              Settler to new city site:
1 tile due north of the hill tile and 2 tiles due west from Harry's H. It is the unimproved plains tile.

The Voice - cit from the mined grassland tile adjacent to the voice to the fish tile. (warrior is still out next turn - but this generates more gold)

IF BY ANY CHANCE GOW HORSEMEN HAVE LANDED - MOVE SPEARMEN TO PROTECT CITIES. WE WILL ATTACK WITH WARRIORS NEXT TURN.

Warrior who cut the road moves south towrds Diss'ville, onto the road.

Galley moves 1 tile only - loads two immortals from iron mountain, and then moves two tiles back down the caost towrds GS terr.

                              Harry kills chariot.

                              Warrior in jungle to D'ville.

Vet spearman overlooking GS terr moves to the next mountain tile to the SE.

Reg speraman moves to his spot.

Reg spearman, two workers, and 3 Immortals (General Jon, Beta, Diss) from D'ville move to where the reg spearman was.

(we want GS to see the spearmen named after team members - they may be able to extrapolate our actual numbers if the see too many of the pets out there.)

All other Immortals from D'ville move to jungle tile next to the mountain tile, Eli included - who is tow tiles back up the road.

Warrior with Eli moves to D'ville.

Upgrade all warriors (6) in D'ville to Immortals.

The big variables here will be whether GoW does anything weird, which I doubt. Not sure what their warrior is going to do. My concern is that after our move - he will move one tile diagonally to the east - and therefore see our larger immortal force. Not much we can do about this.

WE COULD LEAVE OUR VET SPERAMAN WHERE HE IS, AND MOVE THE REG SPEARMAN TO THE MOUNTAIN TO THE SE, AND THEN THE MOVES OUT OF D'VILLE AS PLANNED. tHIS WOULD BLOCK THE WARRIOR FROM SEEING ANYTHING? COMMENTS/? PLEASE PROVIDE DIRECTION TO ARGHA ON THIS.

the other variable is whether there are any other cahriots out on the plains. I doubt it. As jon suggested, we think there is only one. They used it for their GA.

I will post the daily war report tomorrow - unless one of you want to do it. I may be logged on at my sisters place tonight.

If you can upload screen shots that would be nice. I have e-mailed Togas to make sure the save goes to you as well, argha.
