Save's here... Argha is offline, I'll play it now unless there are some unexpected situations that need to be discussed.

Miller Town - citizen (cit) working lake to mined hill tile. This will allow 10 shields per turn production and warrior out each turn. Change build to warrior)

Done. 11 shields per turn production.

Spearman from Miller Town should head south.

      Done.

Elipolis - new cit should be working a coastal tile for the cash.

      Done.

      Move Elipolis spearman south.

      Done.

      Settler to new city site:
1 tile due north of the hill tile and 2 tiles due west from Harry's H. It is the unimproved plains tile.

      Done.

The Voice - cit from the mined grassland tile adjacent to the voice to the fish tile. (warrior is still out next turn - but this generates more gold)

      Done.

IF BY ANY CHANCE GOW HORSEMEN HAVE LANDED - MOVE SPEARMEN TO PROTECT CITIES. WE WILL ATTACK WITH WARRIORS NEXT TURN.

      No landings of foreign troops.

Warrior who cut the road moves south towrds Diss'ville, onto the road.

      Done.

Galley moves 1 tile only - loads two immortals from iron mountain, and then moves two tiles back down the caost towrds GS terr.

      Done.

      Harry kills chariot.

      NOT DONE

There are three war chariots at that tile. Harry withdrawn to the mountain directly North of him.

      Warrior in jungle to D'ville.

      Done.

Vet spearman overlooking GS terr moves to the next mountain tile to the SE.

      Done.

Reg speraman moves to his spot.

      Done.

Reg spearman, two workers, and 3 Immortals (General Jon, Beta, Diss) from D'ville move to where the reg spearman was.

      Done.

All other Immortals from D'ville move to jungle tile next to the mountain tile, Eli included - who is tow tiles back up the road.

Not very clear. I assume you're talking about the jungle SE to D'Ville.

      Done.

Warrior with Eli moves to D'ville.

      Done.

Upgrade all warriors (6) in D'ville to Immortals.

      Done.

      Additional actions :

      Spearmen on the Iron fortified.

Spearmen in the Voice moved to Miller Town. I didnt know what to do with him so I moved him to a central city.

      -----------------

The big variables here will be whether GoW does anything weird, which I doubt.

      Nothing weird.

Not sure what their warrior is going to do. My concern is that after our move - he will move one tile diagonally to the east - and therefore see our larger immortal force. Not much we can do about this.

Where is this warrior? I dont see him.

WE COULD LEAVE OUR VET SPERAMAN WHERE HE IS, AND MOVE THE REG SPEARMAN TO THE MOUNTAIN TO THE SE, AND THEN THE MOVES OUT OF D'VILLE AS PLANNED. tHIS WOULD BLOCK THE WARRIOR FROM SEEING ANYTHING? COMMENTS/? PLEASE PROVIDE DIRECTION TO ARGHA ON THIS.

I dont see any GoW warrior, so this part is ignored.

the other variable is whether there are any other cahriots out on the plains. I doubt it. As jon suggested, we think there is only one. They used it for their GA.

      Apparently not. :crooked:

      Screenshots on the way.

Thanks Eli - do we want a spearman or warrior out of miller Town - the sceen shot shows spearman.

Yowzer about the chariots. That's life.

The GS warrior I was referrin to is still standing there. If he moves one tile due east he will see the larger stack of immortals. It is a risk - but not a big one. But we may want to protect their presence for awhile. You call.

Hope this gets to you in time. Sorry - I was eating dinner.

I didnt touch it. So it was a Spearman before.

You said GoW in the long post...

I keep getting GoW and GG mixed up. Wonder what that means. 6th sense telling me something??

As to Miller Town - maybe will let it go through to Immortal. We have a turn to decide.

It does. I think we play the game with 1.14f.

You can open a 1.14 save with 1.21. However, if you save the game (as a 1.21), other players with 1.14 will not be able to open it.

So, if you're just wanting to open the save to take a look around and not actually play the turn to be passed to the next player, you'll be fine opening the 1.14 save with a 1.21 load.

Sorry about not getting in earlier. Things were pretty quiet in the forums when I left work Friday evening. I am not a good person to fill in on weekends due to my dog activities. I could do it sometimes if we make arrangements ahead of time.

This coming weekend, April 19th and 20th, I will be out of town for an extended weekend without access to the internet. I will be leaving very early on Friday and returning late on Monday. The two weekends after that are still open but most weekends in May and early June are filled.

Question, is there something I need to do when I load the save to get the builds to occur? When I load them the cities are sitting just like they were left after the last turn (e.g., if Dissidentville was pop-rushed last turn it shows the shield box full and no build). Maybe I should install the 1.14 patch and see if that makes any difference.

Installing the 1.14f patch fixed the build problem.

I took a look at Wittlich and the wasted shields. Not much we can do while producing units. Until it grows some more we either have to accept the poor efficiency or build something bigger like an improvement. Maybe a temple to put more border pressure on Port Isolation. BTW, I noticed PI is now size 2.

The single citizen in Dissidentville is being wasted on entertainment. Make him a scientiest and move the science slider to 0. We should still get Engineering in the same number of turns but we will gain 4 gpt that is now going into science.

                              Regarding WC, need troops.

I will try that with D'ville. I thought I had tried that - but on recollection - it was a tax collector.
